WTF Bayern!

It started really well for Bayern when Alonso lost the ball and Neuer had to foul Martínez. Porto got a penalty on the 3´ and it was 1:0 for Porto, Quaresma put it away. Then a few minutes later Lewandowski had a really good chance, but failed to put it away. A minute later Dante lost the ball and Quaresma made it 2:0. Thiago made it 2:1 on the 28´ but Porto was not done yet, on 65´ Martínez made it 3:1. Bayern will have to make a really great game at home to go through. Missing mane key players, it will be really hard to make it. All in all Bayern didn’t manage to do anything dangerous.
And down you go!

Getting hot in here....

Premier League
After the 30th round, Premier league is in the stage where the leader is in front with 6 points, but II, III, IV and V places are all in the war. One mistake and it might cost you the trophy or a place in CL. At the moment, Chelsea is the leader with 67p and (29 matches done all the other leaders have been playing 30), ManCity is on the II place (61p), Arsenal III (60p), ManU IV (59p) and Liverpool V (54p). 8 games to go so there are still 24 points to get (Max). It gets even more exciting, because the leaders are getting together with each other.  Is it the year, when ManU gets their CL place back or is it the year, where Liverpool maintains their CL place? It’s not over until it’s over, many questions and only 8  rounds to play. For now, all the Premium league clubs are out from CL competition and can keep fighting for next year’s CL places. Which Manchester team is stronger, is it United or City, is it red or blue... Soon these questions get answers. ManU has to play with the two leaders. In addition to ManU, Chelsea has a game with Arsenal and ManCity will meet Spurs. Arsenal  has two big battles coming soon- a home game with Liverpool and a away match with tracker team ManU. Getting hot @PremierLeague!

La Liga
In the Spanish La Liga (Liga BBVA) there are two giants patteling the trophy, Barcelona FC and Real Madrid FC, both fighting for the CL competition as well.  3rd and 4th places are in the battle for the third place. In the last El Classico (Barcelona VS Real Madrid) Barcelona won 2-1 and they are the  leaders of the La Liga with 68 points, 2nd is Real Madrid (64p), 3rd is Valencia (60p) and on the 4th place is Atlético Madrid with 59p (Atlético keeps fighting for the  CL competition). Excitement remains because there are 10 more rounds to go In La Liga, leaders won’t meet soon.

Bundesliga
In Bundesliga its quite clear, who is going to get the trophy, its Bayern Munich. After 26 rounds, Bayern Munich is the leader with 64p, 2nd is Wolfsburg  with 54p, on the third place is Borussia Moenchenbach with 47 points and 4th is Bayer Levekursen with 45p. It’s getting more and more closer to the end, only 8 rounds to go, but the hopes of the CL places remains as it does in the Premier league and La liga.In the Bundesliga, the leaders won’t play against each other. Very important game will be the one between two Borussia teams. The game will be held in Borussia Monchengladbach home against Borussia Dortmund. If BVB manages to win, they have better opportunities to rise in the table for a place or two. If they won´t get a place in CL for the next year, it is very likely for BVB stars to move away from the team. Sad but true. Let’s not rush and  let’s take a game-by-game. Only the time knows the answers.

Serie A
In Italy Serie A, Juventus is in the lead with 67 points (they keep fighting in CL competition as well), Roma on the 2nd place with 53p and Lazio is 3rd with 52 points. The most excitement remains to the places for 4th-6th. 4th is Sampdoria with 48p, 5th is Napoli with 47p and 6th is Fiorentina with 46p when there are 10 more rounds to go.

Ligue 1
In France, Ligue 1, there it is a real thriller for the 3 best places. At the moment, PSG is the leader with 59p, Lyon 2nd- 58p and Marseille 3rd- 57p. PSG is the only one in the top 3, who is playing in CL quarter finals. Monaco is 4th with 53 but only away with 1p from 5th place Saint Etienne´s 52p. Monaco is fighting for a place to the next round in CL tournament. 8 more rounds and we got the champions of the Ligue 1.

All in all, Premium League giants are fighting for the league trophy and for the next years CL places. In La Liga, two leaders and Atletcio are fighting for the La Liga trophy and Cl semifinal places. In Germany, Bayern Munch and in Italy, Juventus- they have a big and safe lead and can keep thinking more about the semifinals in CL. The most difficult situation is for PSG and Monaco in France Ligue 1. They have to think about getting to the Cl Semifinals and remaining or rising in the Ligue 1 table to play in CL next year as well.

Champions League draw!

So we got the draws for the Champions League. There are some awesome matches coming up, like PSG vs Barcelona. They did play each other in the group stage where PSG won the first game 3-2 but lost the second one 3-1. It will be interesting to watch who will win this time. The second awesome draw is Atletico Madrid vs Real Madrid, the last year’s finalists.
Real won the last year’s final 4-1 (a.e.t), but Atletico won the Copa del Rey match between them 4-2. The lucky ones were Bayern München, who will play Porto and Juventus, who will play with Monaco, but that doesn't mean Bayern and Juventus will definitely win, though they are definitely most likely to win their games.

Awesome games ahead!

Aiming at the Stars, literally!

17. March 2015 is the date that had this year’s CL´s most exciting and dramatic end. Match between Atlético Madrid VS Bayern Leverkusen took place in Madrid. First leg winners Leverkusen had good opportunities to get through to the next round and beat the last year’s finalist. But this time, Atlético had their midfield ball wizard, Koke, back from injury and ready to hit the road. Atlético had only one thing in their mind, they had to score at least 1 goal and keep their goal empty. The first and the only goal in the normal time was taken by Atléticos Midfielder Mario Suárez. Atlético had 11 corners against Leverkursen´s 2, offsides 4:1 to Atlético. Last year’s finalist wanted to prove that they deserved the last years place and wish to keep up the good work. Time went by, and the aggregate score was even. On extra time nothing special happened and the most exciting stage of the game had begun- the penalty shoot-out. All players were nervous and 5 shots out of 10 in total were saved or shot off target. Atlético won the penalty shoot-out 3:2 and moved on to the next round.
I thought the goal was bigger.

Joe Hart´s night, Still City lost :´(

First of all, Manchester City had never lost a first leg home game 2-1 in CL games, before they met FC Barcelona in Manchester. Barcelona´s attacking forces MSN (Messi, Suarez and Neymar) did their job well at the first leg. 2 goals for Suarez. Second leg took place in Camp Nou- and Manchester City had even an tougher mission to accomplish. They had to win Barcelona in their home. As expected, Barcelona continued their good work that they did in Manchester. All three, Messi, Neymar and Suarez had plenty of opportunities to score, but  ManCity´s goalkeeper, Joe Hart, did a spectacular job to keep the goal empty but after Messi´s fabulous assist to Rakitić on the 31´ minute. After the goal, Nasri got so angry at Neymar that he forgot what sport he is playing. He tackled Neymar from the back, but the referee had mercy on him and Nasri got away with a yellow car. And what is more interesting, 4 men of the ManCity starting XI got yellow cards on the first half. The games atmosphere was very nervous. On the second half, ManCity players were reminded what sport they are playing and had some good chances to score. Agüero had a perfect opportunity to score from the penalty spot but he took the worst penalty in his career. Some say that Agüero could hit anything but the goal. Well, yesterday they were right.  ManCity had 14 shots in total and only 4 of them went on target. Barcelona won the game with the aggregate score 3-1. ManCity´s bad fortune continues and they are off from CL competition. Better luck next year.
Come at me BRO!

Bye Dortmund!

I started to watch the game on the 4´and it was already 0-1 to Juventus, Tevez scored an amazing goal. Not much can be said about the game. Dortmund tried to find a way to the box, but they failed completely. They only got 2 half assed shots on target. Dortmund didn’t have a plan at all; they made bad passes, lost the ball too easily. On the 70´ Morata made it 0-2 and 9 minutes later, again Tevez 0-3. All in all, Juventus deserved the win, because everything worked for them perfectly, Dortmund on the other hand played one of their worst games in a while. I wonder how many payers will leave Dortmund in the summer.

Batman and Robin did not show up!
